The silver set's dime, five quarters, and half dollar are struck in .999 fine silver, weighing a combined 1.473 troy ounces. Mintages for the sets are 420,002 for the clad set and 151,520 for the silver set. Most coins in the sets feature dual dates and unique Semiquincentennial designs, including the Emerging Liberty dime, Enduring Liberty half dollar, and five Semiquincentennial quarters. The Jefferson nickel and Lincoln cent retain their familiar designs, while the Native American dollar is the only coin without a Semiquincentennial element. Proof sets are traditionally among the Mint's most widely purchased annual products, with sales ranging from 304,815 to 601,364 for clad proof sets and 124,113 to 415,382 for silver sets since 2018.
